houseof was born out of a shared passion for design led homewares & doing things differently. houseof are experts in lighting, but in reality they are so much more than this. They are building a consumer led online retailer which challenges the norms. The collection is reasoned with every piece fit for purpose, designed with beauty in mind & available in their trademark colour palette. Prior to engaging iakoe, the brand's organic traffic had plateaued & they where heavily leveraged on paid media with a rising CAC. houseof’s objectives were to transition to an organic first customer acquisition strategy, improve their conversion rate & decrease their CAC. Our tactics focused on building topically relevant backlinks, optimising the site’s copy for search & improving site wide conversion rates.
