Co-founded by Martha Graeff & Harvard-trained physician Dr. Daniel Yadegar, the brand partnered with us to redesign & rebuild its ecommerce experience on Shopify 2.0, creating a storefront that makes complex science easy to understand while giving the team complete control over future growth.
Happy Aging sits at the intersection of wellness, longevity & preventative healthcare. With products rooted in scientific research & personalised health insights, educating customers is just as important as selling products.
As the business evolved, the team's existing website had become increasingly difficult to manage. Content updates required developer support, launching new campaigns was time-consuming & communicating the depth of the brand's science through the existing experience proved challenging.
The team wanted a modern Shopify 2.0 storefront that balanced credibility with clarity making scientific concepts accessible while delivering a premium ecommerce experience built for long-term growth.
The first challenge was flexibility.
The existing storefront limited the team's ability to launch new content, update landing pages & evolve the site without developer involvement, creating unnecessary friction as the business grew.
The second challenge was product education. Happy Aging's supplements are backed by clinical research, biomarkers & ingredient science, but the existing product pages made it difficult for customers to quickly understand why the products worked or why they should trust them.
Finally, the science itself needed rethinking. Existing educational pages contained valuable information, but the depth of medical content often felt overwhelming, making it harder for customers to confidently engage with the brand.
We rebuilt the Happy Aging storefront on Shopify 2.0 with three objectives: simplify the science, improve conversion & give the internal team complete control over the website.
A flexible Shopify 2.0 foundation
The entire storefront was rebuilt using Shopify Online Store 2.0, providing modular content sections that allow the team to create, edit & launch new pages without developer support. The new architecture gives Happy Aging the flexibility to evolve its marketing, storytelling & product launches independently.
Product pages built to educate & convert
The product detail pages were completely redesigned to guide customers through the brand's scientific value proposition. Scroll-based storytelling, custom icons & clearer content hierarchy communicate key benefits around cellular health, longevity & clinically backed ingredients while keeping the purchasing journey simple & intuitive.
Sticky add-to-cart functionality, stronger trust signals, customer reviews & certifications were integrated throughout the experience to reduce friction & improve conversion.
Making complex science approachable
One of the largest transformations came within the educational content. We restructured the science pages to present clinical research, ingredient functions & biomarker insights in smaller, digestible sections supported by custom illustrations, interactive content modules & concise expert-led copy.
The result is an experience that informs without overwhelming—helping customers understand the value behind the products while reinforcing Happy Aging's authority within the longevity space.
