Ring Concierge is a leading luxury jeweler redefining fine jewelry for the modern woman. Founded by Nicole Wegman, the brand was built on the belief that women shouldn't have to wait for a special occasion or someone else's approval to buy exceptional jewelry. By combining timeless craftsmanship with contemporary design, Ring Concierge has become one of the most recognized names in luxury jewelry, offering everything from engagement rings to everyday fine jewelry that inspires confidence & self-expression.

As the brand continued to scale, Ring Concierge partnered with us to lead its conversion rate optimization program. Working closely with the internal ecommerce team, we developed a data-driven experimentation roadmap focused on increasing revenue per visitor, improving key customer journeys, & maximizing the performance of high-traffic landing pages, product pages, & checkout flows. Through continuous user research, analytics, A/B testing, & UX optimization, we helped turn customer insights into measurable commercial growth while preserving the premium experience the brand is known for.

  • Rc comparison
    Test description

    Feature a carousel that highlights the brand’s best reviews & related product image rather than “best sellers”.

    Hypothesis

    We expect users will find the content more engaging, leading to higher clickthrough rates to PDPs, resulting in an increase in both add to bag actions & purchases.

    Results

    This test drove an uplift of +8% in conversion rate & +13% in revenue per visitor.

  • Audit Case Study RC 03
    Test description

    A test adding a video to the PDP to evaluate its impact on add-to-bag actions & conversions. The goal was to determine whether this type of content enhances trust & purchase intent, & if it should be considered for other areas of the site.

    Hypothesis

    By incorporating a video on the PDP, we expect to increase user engagement, add-to-bag actions, & conversions, indicating that this type of content enhances trust & purchase intent.

    Results

    This test drove an uplift of +23% in conversion rate & +17% in revenue per visitor.

    Test description

    Ran a multivariate test across PDPs, focusing on value proposition messaging, UX improvements, & design enhancements to optimize user engagement & conversions.

    Hypothesis

    By adding value proposition messaging, improving the UX, & enhancing the design elements on the PDP, we expect to increase user engagement & conversions.

    Results

    This test drove an uplift of +8% in conversion rate & +9% in revenue per visitor.
