Flamingo Estate, a lifestyle company set in 1940s Spanish-style house in the hills on the border between the Eagle Rock and Highland Park neighborhoods, sells candles, bath products & gourmet foods made from garden fresh ingredients & a focus on pleasure & connecting with nature. The brand engaged us as their development partner to optimize their store & build new functionalities.
Seasonal subscription boxes are one of Flamingo Estate’s most popular products amongst LA locals. To enhance the overall experience & flexibility of the subscription, we built a custom date picker to offer users flexibility in choosing their delivery dates. This feature allows users to select future dates that align with their schedules, enhancing convenience & personalization. The implementation involved a seamless integration with Recharge & their 3PL system.
We designed & developed landing pages to support the brand’s paid media acquisition campaigns & ran A/B tests to continually drive incremental lifts across each page, decreasing CAC & improving ad spend efficiency.
On mobile 6.62% of users tap the primary product image above the fold but no interaction was occuring. 1.26% of users tapped the image to the left & 1.5% of users tapped the image to the right. Given this is the primary real estate on the page, we redesigned & tested a UI where users can tap to scroll through the images which would also present the opportunity to reinforce value props & resonating USPs, resulting in an incremental lift of both add to bag & purchase metrics.
